Experteam Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates FX Bridge. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email, company name, encrypted password.
Oracle Fusion Data: Instance URL, integration username, encrypted password, connection name.
Usage Data: Transfer history, currency selections, rate mappings, audit logs.
Technical Data: Browser type, IP address, access timestamps.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the Service, authenticate your identity, connect to Oracle Fusion, send transactional emails, monitor performance, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Oracle Fusion passwords are Fernet-encrypted at rest. User passwords are bcrypt-hashed. All data in transit uses TLS 1.3. JWT tokens have short lifespans (15-minute access, 7-day refresh).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Central Bank APIs: Public rate data fetched; no personal data sent.
- Oracle Fusion: Your instance, using credentials you provide, for rate uploads only.
- Email Service: Transactional emails via Resend (email address only).
- Legal Requirements: If required by law.
6. Data Retention
Account data: duration of account + 30 days. Transfer history: 2 years. Audit logs: 1 year. Oracle credentials: deleted immediately on connection removal.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. Contact info@experteamsolutions.com to exercise these rights.
8. Cookies
We use only essential storage: authentication token and language preference (both in localStorage). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used.
9. KVKK Compliance
In accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), we process personal data based on explicit consent or contractual necessity. Data subjects may exercise rights under Article 11 of KVKK.
