Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FX Bridge ("the Service"), operated by Experteam Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FX Bridge is a cloud-based SaaS application that automates the import of central bank exchange rates into Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP systems. The Service fetches exchange rate data from public central bank sources, formats it according to Oracle's FBDI specification, and uploads it to customers' Oracle Fusion instances.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Service Plans and Payment

Free Plan: USD only, TCMB source, 1 connection, manual imports. No payment required.

Professional Plan: $49/month, multiple currencies, TCMB + ECB, up to 3 connections, automatic scheduling.

Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing. Contact us for details.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Service infrastructure, reverse engineer the Service, or resell without written consent.

6. Oracle Fusion Credentials

Your Oracle Fusion credentials are encrypted at rest using Fernet encryption. You are responsible for ensuring credentials have appropriate minimal permissions. We only use them to upload exchange rate data as configured by you.

7. Data Sources and Accuracy

Exchange rates are sourced from TCMB and ECB public feeds. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted data. You are responsible for verifying imported rates before use in financial transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experteam Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Data is retained for up to 30 days after termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
